  After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from CCNow. After we ship your order, which usually happens within one day of order receipt, you will receive an email confirming that your order has shipped. When you receive your credit card statement, CCNow will be listed as the retailer, since CCNow is our authorized online sales agent.

  1 book or more, $4.95; Priority mail, delivery is 3 business days.

  If you need to return a book to us, please send us an email within 2 weeks of book receipt. We'll provide you with a return authorization number, and return address. After we have received the book in the same condition as it was shipped, we will authorize CCNow to credit your purchase. We will also credit your first class postage expense incurred in shipping the book or books back to us.
